Upcoming starters and leavers on one timeline, with readiness shown as verified tasks.
Onboarding and offboarding cases
A task plan with owners, due dates and dependencies is generated from a versioned workflow.
Tasks and handoffs
A board of tasks by department, with escalation and a map of what waits on what.
Approvals
Consequential changes wait for a decision by an owner or admin, with extra confirmation for high-risk requests.
Integrations
BambooHR, Personio, Jira Cloud, Slack and Microsoft Entra ID, connected with your own API keys.
MCP server

Billing questions

Is a card required?

Yes. You add a card in Stripe Checkout, even when you use a promotion code. We never see or store your card number.

How and when am I charged?

Monthly in advance through Stripe. Your subscription renews every month on the day you subscribed.

What about taxes?

Taxes such as VAT or sales tax are calculated at checkout from your billing address and shown before you pay.

How do I cancel?

Cancel anytime in the billing portal under Settings. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Who can subscribe?

The service is offered to businesses only. A workspace owner or admin subscribes on behalf of the organization.

What happens when I reach the people limit?

The workspace cannot add more people until you move to a larger plan in the billing portal or remove people who left.
